Just in time for Christmas I've finished Shepherds Bush's "Fa La La". I tried to press out the wrinkles from the folded linen, but this was as good as I could make it. The photo is a bit more pinkish than it really is, but you get the general idea. Now I am trying to work on my Toccata 2. I'm stuck on a motif. I've discovered that I am missing my 3mm gold beads, either they fell out at some point or I never received them. I also don't seem to have a size 22 tapestry needle for the gold thread--maybe I can get by with a different needle? I hope to work on something over my break from work! I also have a few more sheep (recently acquired) to stitch as well.
This is a beautiful design. I always seem to have a problem getting the creases out of the linen, there must be some trick to it.
A very Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Suzanne--I'm not sure what the trick it either. Maybe I should have sprayed some sort of safe starch on the back side of it? I'm hoping it flattens out on it own eventually.
And Merry Christmas to you and your family as well!
Karoline--Thanks! Have a wonderful Christmas, too!
