Ouch, Danielle! Anything to do with the back just makes me twinge as I've had back issues like that. I hope everything settles down soon.

ps Any excuse for a 3 day weekend is good! ;-) Happy Stitching!

KarenV

Hope your back is better soon Danielle!

Giovanna

Sorry to read about your injury - I hope you'll be better very soon. Nice progress on Houses - funny, I've been stitching the same words on a different sampler (Jenny Bean).

Lois

Oh, sore! Hope you feel better soon. A 3 day weekend sounds like it would be a very good idea!

Debbie

Having a sore back is just about the worse. Hope that it's feeling better quickly. I think taking a three day weekend sounds good to me. You can make up for lost time stitching on your projects!

My sympathy, Danielle...have you seen a chiropractor or physiotherapist? I go to a really good remedial massage therapist when I stuff my back up. She does wonders with it!

Danielle

Many thanks for the kind words everyone! I don't know how I managed to do that. I felt better yesterday but when I was sleeping the pain kicked in again--no doubt my muscles were all warmed up and then started hurting once they/it cooled down. Whatever the cause I slept terribly and then overslept! I have a feeling the same thing is going to happen tonight as my back feels better, but I think it is only temporary. Hopefully it will feel better with each day. And Gina, I've never actually gone to a chiropractor, but at the moment that sounds like bliss. I may have to contemplate it (massage--how wonderful) if this doesn't improve soon. I must be more conscientious about how much I am lifting from now on.

Suzanne

I know what that's like, I have been living with back neck and shoulder pains from tight muscles for years and it's not very nice. I hope that you are feeling better now.
