I've not posted lately as the next photo I wanted to share was to be part two of my Mystery Sampler all finished. I'm still a few stitches short of that goal, however, but I am getting there. It's very true--a few stitches every day adds up quickly--or at least quicker than trying to find a chunk of time for uninterrupted stitching, which I don't seem to have time for lately. So, a little update and I'm almost there. I did order the few floss colors I need to start part three--yay, what a nice thought--starting part three! I do want to jump right in, but I might work a little on a few other designs first to make some progress elsewhere, but very soon I'll have photos of something New to share--what a lovely thought.
Your BBD is coming along great. I once received a needleroll in an exchnage and it hasd exactly this part stitched on it. It looks very nice.

This is so pretty! I really enjoyed stitching this mystery sampler and I'll bet you are too. It is so satisfying to finish each section and sooooo much fun to start a new one! Happy stitching!

Great progress, it's really pretty!

It is surprising the progress that can be made by just picking up the needle a couple of times a day for a short while. Lovely progress on your BBD.

You MUST know how pretty this is! :D
I've ordered my linen (to be all on one piece) and I COULD NOT be more excited. Okay, I'd be more excited if I'd recharted it already (I want to put a fox in...and there's the signature...
But, yay! Thanks for being such an inspiration on this one.

Very nice progress, Danielle - I agree with you, a few stitches here and there will add up, and it's better to sit down for a few minutes when you can, rather than stressing out about not being able to sit down for an uninterrupted evening of stitching.

Brigitte--I like that idea. It's really not a large design, so it would make a perfect needleroll!
Chris--Thanks!
Nancy--It is really a nice design to stitch--after working on 40 count not so long ago the 30 count is really relaxing!
Carol--It is nice to finish a section and move on to the next. I will have to look and see if I can find photos of your finish!
Giovanna--Slowly but surely it is coming along.
Lois--Those stitches really do add up. I don't always get to work on my projects every day, but I notice how quickly things go when I am able to do a little bit at least.
Beritbunny--Seeing scans of it and then seeing the parts together I do get excited by how nice it looks!! I will definitely be framing this one. A fox would be great for this design--I'm already looking forward to seeing your progress, too. Which color linen did you decide on?
Anne--Oh, Jenny Bean. I love that sampler but am not loving that 40 count linen. I am setting the goal of Halloween 2011 to finish it! :) And the Mystery Sampler is whizzing right along--well more or less.
Susan--I think you're right as I so infrequently get to sit down and stitch during the work week. I sometimes take something along to work and add a bit in the half hour before I have to start working--that time really adds up, too.
