Giovanna

They're both great designs, great going!

Ooh....you have got me wanting to get that tortoise and hare chart to make smalls from it!!! That tiny bit you have so far is really tempting.

Somehow, I have made my peace with white-fill stitching. BUT another trick I learned is to fill with one strand whenever possible. Easy as you don't have to lay threads, and lets the details stand up ever so slightly (think bas relief).

Giovanna--Thanks. PS designs are always appealing, I think.

Beritbunny--That's exactly what I plan on doing with it. I'm going to finish it as a mattress pincushion--tortoise on one side and hare on the other. I love making those and think it's time for another. White fill in takes me forever as I try and be as neat as possible. Messy stitches show up so well with white floss--I can't stand to see my work when that happens. I'll have to keep in mind using one strand of floss--it would certainly make it much easier going!

Both of your PS pieces are lovely. I enjoy stitching PS pieces, but I haven't done one for ages.

Danielle

Suzanne--PS is one of my very favorite designers! Lately I seem to be stitching more PS than anything else-though I should really vary things a little bit!

Karoline

They're looking lovely, nice progress
