This is my largest UFO--And They Sinned by Examplar Dames Design. I was so gung ho when it came out (and that was how many years ago...), that I got started on it right away. But I admit it has been in its bin waiting for me to look at it for some time. And to think she is supposed to be coming out with a companion piece. I am still stuck on page 1!!
In case you are not familiar with it--here is a picture of most of the fabric. It is certainly a large one. This is definitely the largest project I have started. The next largest is Carriage House Sampling's, The Houses of Hawk Run Hollow. I swear I am the queen of unfinished BAPs!! As a matter of fact the largest charts I think I have finished have been by Birds of a Feather and they are really only medium sized. I have stitched lots of small ones. I really respect those stitchers whose albums are full of gorgeous finishes--and some have loads of really big projects too! I am a slow stitcher, and I have limited stitching time. For me it is the process, I guess. Of course it is really nice to finish something and feel the accomplishment of it and be able to hang it on the wall.
I need to at least get motivated on my CHS since that is meant to be part of my rotation. I wonder how other stitchers manage to finish so many large projects? When I do get back to ATS--I think it is going to be a challenge to get out those wrinkles...I hate to even think about it! I guess I need to pull this out every time I want to start something new without finishing something first!
