Slow Progress

For some reason I cannot motivate myself sufficiently to finish my little "April" bunny!   I think he is very cute, but I usually don't feel like picking him up and working on him, maybe since Easter is over and all my decorations are put away.  There is not much left to stitch (not much to begin with really, which is why these little projects are meant to be easy).  I might be able to complete the stitching by May 1, but I don't think I will get the finishing on it done before then.  I want to find some pretty floral fabric.  I would like to make a little trip to a local quilt shop, which has the lovliest fabrics.  The ladies there are always really helpful in selecting good fabrics.  I also need to pull out a very old (stitched several years ago) Bent Creek Fourth of July Zipper that I want to finish as a pillow as well.  As a matter of fact it might be a good idea to take a peek at my bin with finished (as in finished with the stitching only) projects and see what I can get out of there and displayed.  Am I the only one who also procrastinates on finishing/taking projects to the framer?  Well, tonight I must work on my little bunny.  Hopefully I can share my completed "April" soon!  "May" is a floral basket.  Honestly I think it is not the most exciting design (if you click on the box in my sidebar with the photo of the biscornu cushion there is a photo of the chart--you can see the "May" design).  I will have to think how I can jazz it up--maybe colored fabric or finished in a special way?
