I know I just recently posted on stitching for the Fourth of July...and I am working on one project, and I plan on working on the SB needleroll as well, but usually during the summer I like to start thinking ahead to Christmas ornaments. I never get them stitched, but I do think about them! I even have a special little plastic bin that has fabric cuts and flosses and beads all ready to go to stitch on them. I also have a Birds of a Feather ornament that I stitched several years back waiting to be finished as well! Whenever these issues come out, I spend lots of time looking at them, ordering supplies and then maybe stitching one ornament out of the issue, and then invariably give it away! Of course I am not sure when I would squeeze these in, but I could just start one small design and see how it goes. I wish I could be look other stitchers and make one a month!
And how many people are planning on getting the Anniversary edition of Just Cross Stitch? I would like to see it first to decide whether it is worth the money. I am afraid there will be just a lot of duplicate ornaments that I already have the charts to! Maybe my bookstore will get copies of this in, and I can look it over first. I didn't start buying these until 1999, so there may be earlier designs in it that I wouldn't be able to have otherwise. So many temptations!
