I recently started stitching one of the pincushions from Carriage House Samplings "Folk Art Pincushion" chart. I've made a little progress. Luckily it's a small project so I hope it won't take me long to finish. I plan on finishing it the same way--with the beads around the edges in loops. I've never tried that before, but I like the way it looks.
I finished "Hunt" by Shepherds Bush last night. I still need to sew on the hat, but otherwise I finished it just in the nick of time!
Here it is close up. I really enjoy stitching these sheep. Here are the rest that I've stitched so far. I have a few more left to work on. They seem to be the only projects I actually manage to stitch and finish in a reasonable amount of time these days.
