A little peek at some traditional cuisine from Ukraine in this postcard. Unfortunately there is no description of the foods on the reverse of the card. I recognize sausage, onions, and red peppers (I love peppers and spicy foods). Grapes and apples, but not sure of the smaller berries. They almost look like cranberries, but I don't think they grow them over there. It's always interesting to see what typical foods other cultures like to eat.
Quite a variety of stamps on the back--floral, history or military scenes and one of the geography of the country. Not sure I can pick a favorite but I particularly like the one second from the left (hard to see but there is a reference to 1812) and you can even see a bit of the architecture in the background.
