Okay, I thought I would post a few scans (or in this case I just used my digital camera as the book is too large for my scanner) of Turkish Style by Stephane Yerasimos. Susan from Pages Turned mentioned she wouldn't mind taking a peek. I was just going to do a few from each book, but it is too hard to choose. So here are a few from the first book, and I will do the same for the other one in the next couple of days. Look at that staircase the the gardens it looks out on!
This is an alcove!!
Not too shabby. This overlooks Lake Manyas in Western Anatolia. It should be pretty obvious by now that I love being near water.
Can you imagine taking your morning coffee here. Maybe Mondays wouldn't be so bad with this sort of view to start the day!
Look at those ceramics!
Imagine the cost of those Turkish rugs!
I love fountains!
This looks quite cozy compared the large open spaces of some of the other rooms! I could be quite happy in such a lovely little abode!!
