I Want to Go Here...

"Here" is the setting of this movie, which was filmed in Llanddwyn Island on Anglesey, North Wales (these few photos do not do the location justice).  I had never heard of this movie before, but my mom loaned it to me to watch.  Demi Moore was in a recent film?  That was news to me, but then I guess I don't keep up much with movie news these days.  I think it might have not even opened in the theaters and went straight to DVD.  The movie is a sort of a thriller/supernatural film.  Demi Moore is a successful writer and after the death of her son she goes to a remote part of Scotland along the coast (in reality Wales) to finish her latest novel.  What happens to her there makes her wonder if she isn't losing her mind.  This was really a pretty good movie.  It had some nice twists in it, and I was a bit spooked even.  But the ruggedness of the environment is what really attracted me to it.  It was partially filmed in a lighthouse.  I think I could be quite happy in such a solitary environment to be honest.  Maybe it is partially due to the fact that I live so far from any large body of water.
