I'm almost there. I had hoped to finish my bee skep this weekend, but I'm feeling a bit under the weather, but I'm close. The next photo I share of it will hopefully be a finished one!
Earlier I mentioned that I had some Halloween designs (finished and in progress) that someone asked to see. As it is finally October, now seems like the perfect time to share them. This is by the same designer as my bee skep, Birds of a Feather, and is called "Remember Me". They no longer do cross stitch designs, but they had quite a few wonderful Halloween charts many of which I collected. This is one of my favorites that I stitched several years ago but I have not yet gotten around to framing.
This is another BOAF design called "Poor Jack". The quote reads "Poor Jack can't find hell, can't find heaven". As you can see I've not made a lot of progress on this one. I started it ages ago and should really work on it this month and see what I can stitch before starting something new.
I've shared my little sheep before I think, this is "Boo" by Shepherds Bush.
One more. This is another BOAF design that is smallish that I finished as a little pillow and display in a basket with other stitched designs. I actually have more, but I feel a little like a parent showing off pictures of children, and with that sort of thing a little can go a long way! To be honest Halloween isn't really my favorite holiday, but for some reason I really like the designs needleworkers come up for it.
