One more post on mysteries and crime novels (I did mention I'm in the mood for them right now). I've thought about doing this for a long time and for the last couple of weeks I've been working on a list. Actually this list is more for fun and is something I'd like to chip away on over time, not something I'm trying to attempt to do this year by any means. I'm finding that I really enjoy reading international crime novels. I like getting a peek at another culture and it seems like contemporary crime novels are really popular right now and many are being translated into English. I'm actually borrowing this idea (I read about something similar online) of reading crime novels with a variety of settings, hence "around the world in 25 murders". My list is primarily crime novels though I might sneak in an occasional mystery (in no particular order).
