Lark

Mmm...A Hundred Summers does sound like a great beach read. I'll have to put it on next year's summer reading list (because this year's is already too full as it is). :)

Judith

I thoroughly enjoyed this novel. It's a superb beach read!

I checked it out from the library last summer and finally got around to buying it and reading it this summer--so I know just how that goes! :) It's a great beach read whenever you decide to pick it up!

Danielle

I agree wholeheartedly with you on this one. I really enjoyed it--such a perfect summer book (though I suspect I would have enjoyed it any time of year). It just oozes sand and sunshine, though!

Caroline

This sounds lovely. I'm currently yearning to be on a beach. It's hot and sticky. I just vowed not to buy anymore books or I would have greedily ordered this.

Stefanie

Sounds like a perfect summer read. Glad you enjoyed it so much!

Lark

You just made me laugh. I'm glad I'm not the only one who does things like that. :)

Danielle

If you only knew how long it sometimes takes me to get to books. You would shake your head! :)

Danielle

Something to save for later--you never know when a book like this might be just what you want. I would love to be on the beach, though maybe on the west coast where it is not hot and sticky. Strangely we are having cooler than normal temps--or maybe they are actually the normal average but it is always so hot and muggy that it only Feels abnormal! I do hope, though, the sun comes out tomorrow--it has been a little too gloomy.

Danielle

You know how sometimes the right book will come along at just the right moment? Yup, that was this one.
