Sounds like a fund sequel with another to look forward to!


I'm not sure this one is for me although it sounds like fun. I'm reading my first Hercule Poirot. Murder on the Orient Express. That's enough Golden Age for a while. :)


It's amazing how much you forget as this was a reread and on occasion felt like I remembered nothing of the story! I am looking forward to the most recent book--may have to wait until another long weekend or vacation.... I am in the middle of a very long French mystery, so am trying hard not to jump into too many at once.


I think you like crime novels more than vintage-y historical mysteries, don't you? You can't lose with an Agatha Christie. I have read a smattering of the Hercule novels--I tend to read Miss Marple more. I loved Death on the Nile and think Murder on the Orient Express with the train setting would be a great read--I have it and will get to it eventually!
